Virtual Fireside Chat with Daniel Winterfeldt

Daniel Winterfeldt MBE KC (Hon) is an internationally recognized global thought leader on talent management, culture and diversity and inclusion. A senior lawyer by trade, he launched The InterLaw Diversity Forum in 2008 to help the legal sector embrace all strands of diversity, intersectionality and cultural change. The organization currently has more than 9,000 members and supporters from 300 law firms and chambers, and from 500 corporates and financial institutions.

Daniel is also an Adjunct Professor at the Hult International Business School, teaching Business Law, Ethics, Capital Markets, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and he has been a member of the Equality & Diversity Committee and the Judicial Appointments Commission’s Judicial Diversity Task Force in the UK. He has been recognized for his trailblazing work in the field through awards and being made an honorary QC and MBE in 2020.

We’re thrilled that Daniel will be joining us to share more of his journey and perspectives.

Together with Uptimize founder Ed Thompson, they will discuss:

– Daniel’s own journey, and what others can take and learn from it

– the importance of intersectionality

– what Daniel has learned through his vast experiences leading the InterLaw Diversity Forum

– where he thinks key conversations around talent, inclusion and performance are headed

– recommendations for any organization

…and much more! With plenty of time for Q&A
