    Generally, these are virtual sessions, although we offer in-person on request where logistics align. With the virtual option, we use your video call platform of choice (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, or Google Meet).

    Yes, you may record the session for future internal use only.

    The session is for everybody. Neurodiversity is important to all, regardless of role and the session offers critical starting point that everybody can take practical, actionable steps from.

    No - our introductory sessions are designed for a company-wide audience

    We don't design new sessions from scratch, but you can always provide guidance to Uptimize Subject Matter Experts on any specific areas you would like them to focus on.

  • What is the average length of the Lunch & Learn session?

    Lunch & Learn sessions run for 60 minutes, which includes time for Q&A.

  • Will there be time for Q&A?

    Yes - this is built into the session template

  • What is the difference between a Manager Lunch & Learn and a Neurodiversity Lunch & Learn?

    These sessions are similar, and both are great first steps for people who are largely new to the topic of neurodiversity at work. The Manager Lunch & Learn is specifically for managers and leaders, focusing on management perspectives and responsibilities.

  • When can I hold the session?

    You can hold the session at a day and time of your choosing.

  • How far in advance do I need to schedule the session?

    A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to schedule a session

  • How do I pay for the session?

    We will send you an invoice for the session upon booking. Please let us know if there are any specific vendor or invoicing requirements for your company.
