    Generally, these are virtual sessions, although we offer in-person on request where logistics align. With the virtual option, we use your video call platform of choice (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting, or Google Meet).

    Yes, you may record the session for future internal use only.

    While there isn't a limit per se, this session is role-specific and therefore geared toward a specific audience

    Yes, we provide an interactive handout designed to complement the session. It serves as a guide to reinforce the session's core messages, support ongoing discussions, and help teams take proactive steps toward neuroinclusion.

  • Can I customize this session?

    We don't design new sessions from scratch, but you can always provide guidance to Uptimize Subject Matter Experts on any specific areas you would like them to focus on.

  • What is the average length of the HR Alignment session?

    HR Alignment sessions run for 90 minutes, which includes time for Q&A

  • Will there be time for Q&A?

    Yes - this is built into the session template

  • When can I hold the session?

    You can hold the session at a day and time of your choosing.

  • How far in advance do I need to schedule the session?

    A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to schedule a session

  • How do I pay for the session?

    We will send you an invoice for the session upon booking. Please let us know if there are any specific vendor or invoicing requirements for your company.
