Watch the recording

We welcomed one of the preeminent speakers and figures in the neurodiversity at work space for a special virtual fireside chat. Tom D’Eri is a social entrepreneur and founder of Rising Tide Car Wash, an organization that employs over 90 autistic people in a successful car wash business. He is also a frequent keynote speaker on the topic of neuroinclusion, and the author of the recently released book “The Power of Potential: How a Non Traditional Workforce Can Lead You To Run Your Business Better”.

Tom was joined for the fireside chat by Uptimize founder Ed Thompson. Together they discussed some of the key themes and learnings from Tom’s work and book, including:

– Tom’s own journey, and the founding story of Rising Tide

– the value and competitive advantage of a highly neurodiverse workforce

– what he has learned that ALL BUSINESSES should be doing when it comes to neuroinclusion?

– Strategies to optimize all aspects of talent management

… plus much more, and plenty of time for audience questions and discussion!
